LONG HAUL LEADERSHIP

Longevity in leadership is a powerful key to success, and the world is crying out for what you and I can bring!

JUST ASK THE QUESTION!

Most people are better than you think, and asking this question can bring clarity and perspective to any misunderstanding.

RAISE THEM STRONG

Whatever it takes, make sure those around you are never given the option to plateau in their development, but are reaching further and flying higher than ever before.

CONFLICT – IT NEVER GETS BETTER ON ITS OWN

When we learn to embrace it, and lead through it, conflict can be the stepping stone to your greatest days ahead!

SPACE – YOU HAVE TO FIGHT FOR IT

Space is not only vital for replenishment, but for ongoing clarity that positions us for effectiveness and longevity.

DAY 21: I PLAY MY PART…

All the things that make you "you" aren't accidental, they are part of His plan for your life and how you can function in the life of the local church.

DAY 20: WATCH HOW I DO IT

Understanding your role in a team is critical to individual and team success, and how much selflessness it takes to be a truly great team.

DAY 19: WHAT WILL YOU DO WITH YOUR TREES?

Maybe you've been waiting for God to do something about a dream in your heart, when He's been waiting for you to do something about the seed in your hand!

DAY 18: CHAMPION TEAM…OR TEAM OF CHAMPIONS?

A team dedicated to the same common goal means each player has a special part to play for the team to succeed.

DAY 17: I DON’T HAVE TO…I GET TO

In learning to give, we are also learning to lean more heavily upon our Heavenly Father and less upon ourselves.

DAY 16: MY TREASURE IS HIS TREASURE

Jesus didn't store up any kind of earthly treasures. People were his treasure, and we can see that by the way he served them.

DAY 15: THE DIVINE EQUATION

It amazes me how Jesus used a little donation from the unlikeliest source - a boy who gave not realising the impact he would have.

DAY 14: THE TRUE MEASURE OF TREASURE

Is treasure really measured by the amount or glitz, or more in terms of what it means to the owner?

DAY 13: GIVING OUR BEST

Excellence isn't about needing to be the best, it's about giving our best.

DAY 12: THE IMPOSSIBLE MADE POSSIBLE

Although something may seem too hard or even impossible, we can be confident knowing that when we partner with God, He will bring success.

DAY 11: WHAT’S IN YOUR HAND

One of the keys to great leadership is, no matter what the environment, determine to keep growing.

DAY 10: IT’S IN YOUR HOUSE

Use what you've been given to its fullest. Be fruitful and multiply it and ask God to increase it, and whatever you do - don't despise the day of small beginnings.

DAY 9: ALL IN FOR THE CAUSE

God never called us to live a comfortable, safe, risk free life. He called us to passionately use what is in our hand and on our life to reach and serve people, to build the Kingdom.

DAY 8: EQUIPPED FOR YOUR DESTINY

God has so placed us and fitted us together as a body, that we all have something that someone else needs or can benefit from.

DAY 7: BRINGING OUT THE GOD-COLOURS

Tabitha was a simple person who chose to spend her time in a lifestyle of service. There was nothing particularly remarkable about the things she did, and most of them were completely hidden.

DAY 6: FOCUSING ON THE ‘NOW’

The new life in Jesus lets us focus on the 'now' and connect our hearts with God, giving others the full attention and speaking life into them.

DAY 5: EXACTLY WHERE YOU’RE MEANT TO BE

No matter what opinion a particular part of the body may have of itself, it is no less a part than the others. Every single part is exactly where it's meant to be.

DAY 4: INVESTING INTO WHAT TRULY MATTERS

Do we spend more time investing into our earthly life, or into what will have an impact on other people's eternal life?

DAY 3: STEPPING OUT, TAKING ACTION

Each of us can make daily decisions in the use of our time that will bless others, and in doing so, gives our lives a rich sense of meaning.

DAY 2: THE TRUE MEASURE OF LIFE

The true measure of a life well lived is never determined by its length, but by its depth; and therefore the overall objective of time is not to get busier, but to become purposeful.

DAY 1: I HAVE A PART TO PLAY

Being part of a body means we all have a part to play. Whether seen or unseen - every role is vital for the body to reach its full potential.
